summer writing

already it’s summer & we barely had spring…summers for me used to mean writing workshops but with the advent of graduate school, I’ve had to give all that up. still, I’m finding myself nostalgic for Tin House & altogether missing the glorious Pacific Northwest.

On a completely different note, I have a review of John Banville’s latest, “The Black-Eyed Blonde,”  in the new issue of “Irish America.” An actual print magazine.  You can read the review here: http://irishamerica.com/2014/05/review-of-books-41/
